gotta be the worst courier ever. the parcel went back and forth between senai and johor bahru then suddenly it went to kota tinggi which is the furthest hub compared to senai and jb. and now im facing a second failed delivery which had never happend before with other courier. im definitely traumatised and gonna check with other shopee seller if they are using best express for their courier coz im never ever gonna believe them with my parcel again.
The most worst courier service ever! My parc has been out for delivery 2 days before but till now I didnt receive it. The delivery guy did not picking up my call n he not replying my msg also. This is how u treat ur customers? Seriously like shit ur service!
Nahh man. This fckng courier sucks. Simpan barang punya lama. Out for delivery dah 3 hari. Barang tak sampai2. Apa lanc. Elok buat business jual goreng pisang ja la.
I thought J&T, ABX are the worst..but after only two times using Best Express..I’m confidently will say this is undisputed the worst of the worst courier I’ve ever experienced. The parcel keep moving around just around your address. Tracking not accurate and not updated. Web site so primitive…omg
The most FUCKED UP courier service ever!!!!!! its been 10 days now since my parcel has arrived at Petaling Jaya hub however there is no movement. I called thousand times but no one answer my call I’m wondering if this company still operating or closed and BTW from the PJ hub to my office is just 5 mins drive but still could not deliver.

I need to pick up from the hub myself bcs TOO SLOW!! i need to use the items urgent. When i went to the hub, there’s really a lot of parcel that haven’t be sent out!! so messy!! the staff seems lazy and rude! the lorry also just park there, not even deliver item. SO BAD!! SHOPEE PLS LET US CHOOSE CURRIER LA!!
