Gdex Review -40% not satisfied

This service will send you sms “Out for delivery”, and you stay at home waiting. In the evening you check tracking but it will say “Unsuccessful delivery, access not allowed”. You only find out in the evening because you do not receive any update about failed delivery. Next few days nothing happens. After that another “Unsuccessful delivery”. Next day courier call you and LIE that they made attempt to contact you on first day but your phone was not available, so it is your fault they were unable to deliver parcel on previous attempts. You tell him to leave it at guardhouse as all adequate couriers do, but he do not and your delivery failed again.

If you want this kind of experience – definitely use GDEX.

The delivery guy send wrongly my parcel to other place and did not contact me after delivered. However, the customer service (email) respond quickly to my cases, satisfied. Only that delivery courier, GDEX please train all your courier before before letting them work.

Poor system slow delivery

Only Gdex system orientated, not customer orientated

GDEX service is constantly bad. Their delivery boys are so rude and untrustworthy. Called me to ask me where is my house. After I gave my address he said ya lah mana tu. Hello you are a delivery courier la. Takkan address also don’t know how to Waze. And my house is located in a very matured housing area not some hard to find place. 9 times out of 10 encounter problem with GDEX

Customer service really bad! Do they even put the worker on training?? It was so unprofessional of them and the fact that they are blurred their job too. Mind you I contacted them more than 5 times and the answer I got from them are dissapointing. Idk wether Im the worker or them for my parcel

waited for 7 days and still not received yesterday said out for deliver and then suddenly deliver failed,and today out for delivery and until 10 pm also havent received i really dont know what gdex is doing

I am very disappointed with GDEX, waited for my parcel yesterday untill about 10pm and when I checked tracking status , they had LIED that they had attempted delivery and it failed. Today they have done the same again, they never called, they never texted and they never came to my house. Very unprofessional. They also to not respond to Whatsapp messages when contacted. Wish I could rate them a BIG ZERO.

Parcel should be delivered before noon if out for delivery at morning

Place order but no arrange pick up until expired (I month no any pick up?). If u not check, the money will gone.

Call CS ,will ask u place order again and ask u request for refund by email

Slow like hell
