Worse service courier forever.complaint not attended need to follow up everyday call email chat all done.after 3 weeks waiting finally they declared as lost..parcel worth 1k+ ok.shopee pls terminate best express on their poor service.
Worst ever shipping experience. My package has already been at the Johor Delivery Hub for 12 days and they can’t even find it in their warehouse for me to go and collect. Unhelpful customer service just “thanks me for my patience” when I call. Terrible service and attitude
Hai…manalah parcel aku ni..28/11/2023 dah sampai. 30/11/2023 whole day aku kat umah…sape suruh hantar pukul 10 malam, ur deliveryman tak nak tido, aku nak tido.. paling tidak pillar rumah aku ni tegak dengan megah you boleh letak je sebab guards rumahku ni more trusted than your services.. terus diaorang update “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful”. Checked tracking status lain cita, update kurang kakitangan..ok terus aku tunggu till ari ni 07/12/2023 still dengan status “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful”…apa nak cakap lagi…speechless dah..
Barang dh bayar. Belum sampai. Sampai bila mau tunggu. Dh masuk melaka bgtau jela location hub kt mne. Boleh pergi amik sendiri. Dh la bayar mahal. Kang sampai barang berkecai. Bila baca review lagi seram jadi. Seller kedai pun lagi satu. Xde tanggungjawab langsung. Mntk refund buat tak tau je.
Worst!!!! Reminded, repeatedly same shit happen!! Me, the customer has to remind them DO NOT DELIVER PARCEL AT NIGHT!!! incredibly slow and unresponsive
Tracking showed that it arrived in the hub on 17th Nov, but 28th Nov is still had the same status parcel in the hub, never moved forward for 1 week plus in the hub. Called customer service and they kept asking me to wait.
WORST COURIER EVER!!!
Stupid and slow like turtle services, took 5 days still unable deliver my parcel, other things i bought from oversea which much more later already reach my hand…. message said will help chase but end up no news, call them no pick up…dunno where my parcel now..

Why are shopee using this company? Waiting days for status updates, repeatedly saying “delivery attempt was unsuccessful” when no attempt was made. Items just sitting at their facility for days before they finally make an effort to actually deliver the items. Shopee should pay note of these reviews.
Service lembab nak maposs.. dr shah alam je pon smpai peram 10 harii.. skrg still kt seputeh hub.. tak tau tahun dpn kot bru nk smpai.. courier lain dr china pon dh smpai… taktau la diorg ni kt negara mana..
