Best Express Review – 30% not satisfied

UPDATE… AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING FOR MY PARCELS WITH NO UPDATE NOTHING.. FINALLY THEY JUST UPDATE 4 OF MY PARCELS GOT LOST IN TRANSIT… MAKE SENSE???? ALL 4 PARCELS JUST GONE LIKE THAT. I HAVE A HUGE FEELING BEST EXPRESS HAS BEEN HIRING THIEVES WHO STOLE EVERYONE PARCELS WHENEVER THEY LIKE.. NAK MARAH PUN BENDA DAH JADI AND BENDA NI AKU DAH BOLEH AGAK DAH AKAN JADI… COMPENSATION APA PUN TAKDAK CELAKA PUNYA BEST EXPRESS… PLEASE ANYONE HAS TO MAKE THIS SHITTY COURIER GO VIRAL IF NOT THINGS LIKE THIS WILL KEEP HAPPENING I BET YOU…. I’M SO SO NOT GONNA BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPEE STARTING TODAY UNTIL THEY STOP LIAISING WITH BEST EXPRESS… I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT BEST EXPRESS… FUCK YOU!!!!

The most sh$%&y courier company ever, if you cant handle oversea parcels, just dont freaking take it! Other shipping company has no problem with my address but Best Express with their most sh%&*y excuses without any shame at all.

Can’t even give 1 for this shittiest company. Keep going wrong route and sending items back and forth. 1 month passed and no improve at all. What a scam

“Best Express” is the WORST courier ever!

They have the guts and updated in Shopee that there were delivery attempts but they are lying coz none of their delivery guys came to our house (we got CCTV in our front gate).

My items were not even delivered at all and the delivery guy named Firdaus Bin Ahmad Tarmizi from KL did not even answer his phone, WhatsApp call or message.

The Customer Service in their HQ also can’t be reached and the outlets don’t answer as well.

The most bullshit courier in Malaysia!

Y’all better close your business if you all can’t even do your fucking jobs!

Curier paling teruk !!!!!!!! Barang dah sampai hq, then rider keluar hantar barang sampai 4-5 minggu tak sampai2 rumah ??? Bila call cakap barang ade hat hq, bila pergi kata barang kat rider .. Berminggu weii tunggu !!! Dah la barang nak guna buat tambah lagi stress haihh ! Beli kat shoppee auto dia guna curier ni tak de pilihan, n ni bukan barang first, semua barang gune curier ni dapat masalah sama. Curier paling terukkkk !!!! Plis lah jangan guna ! Harap backrup terus je lah ! Menyusahkan orang !!!!!

Forever won’t get my parcel. Delivery slow like turtle… if having shortage of staffs please don’t grab / took over parcels from overseas please. If you can’t do it just don’t do it.

Worst delivery company in Msia. HQ number nobody ever pick up. Email reply with generic reply without answering question. Two times failed delivery without bother calling at all.

No status update for more than 3 weeks. No delivery arrangements even the parts already reached delivery hub. Very disappointed as this is my first experience such delay with Shopee.

The worst courier ever … Yes the threads are written here are true… Keep expedite… Deadline delivery 17 Nov now 20 Nov no update whatsoever and giving lame excuse warehouse are full… The most bullshit excuse that I’ve heard.. since shopee restricted buyer from choosing courier.. I hope this company gone bankrupt.. same goes with shopee too.. that’s happened when monopoly take over … i hope Amazon or any worldwide e-commerce displace shopee that untrustworthy and dishonest about their customers satisfactory … Lazada has improved when they have been heavily criticized
