WE WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN DUE TO A PICK UP STAFF FROM FLASH EXPRESS THAT GIVING US A VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE , HIS NAME VIKNESH AND THERE’S A LOT PARCEL PICKING UP ON THE DAY AND HIS SHOWING US THE UNWILLING FACE AND ATTITUDE TO US, IM PRETTY SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND HE TOLD US TO CONTACT IN THE FLASH EXPRESS GROUP THAT REQUEST FOR CAR, BUT JUST WANNA MAKE THINGS CLEAR HERE THAT OTHERS PICK UP STAFF CAN PICK UP MORE THAN 30 PARCELS EVEN BY BIKE BUTTTT THIS GUY VIKNESH IS THE ONE WHO HARD TO DEAL WITH, THATS ALL FOR NOW. PLS BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR WORK ~ TQ
I have been calling the customer service for like an hour still, no response they just let me on hold. They said “we will connect you to our staff” and I literally wait for an hour on hold?????? LIKE WHAT? Please do something to this courier. Tolong lahh bad courier ever! I will report after this direct to MCMC. Guys kalau you guys sdh report sini please report also dekat MCMC.
