I used to experience poor service by Flash. However, these few months Flash Penang (Tg Tokong) sent my parcels promptly. The same guy, Mohd Danial delivered all my parcels on time and he always notified me when the parcel is at our guard counter. Keep it up Flash Tg Tokong. 👍

Taknak bagi star langsung, mgmt im not sure okay ke tak tapi dispatcher dia main baling je barang aku. Kena sound depan2 dengan tak bagi salam setakat hon kereta je. Pintu rumah aku tutup, kawasan taman ni sekali kau hon banyak rumah boleh dengar.

Aku beli barang 31/12/23,barang dah post by seller on that day dari Melaka. 1/1/24 Drop off, 3/1/24 sampai sorting center KLANG. N setiap hari aku check status barang ak sampai skrg 12/1. Baru ko update package aku lost 8/1. dah 2 minggu hanat aku tggu barang aku.. baru ko update barang aku hilang 8hb.. system apa korang pakai ni.. dah laa lembab..tukar jelaa nama flash tu.. xkena ngan nama..

Terrible service, my parcel from Klang to Kajang , the from Kajang so many place, but I’m in Kerling.

I call the customer service and was advice even though correct address on the airway bill, their branch will recheck the item using google.. they will change postal without sender permission if google show different postal code once key in Jalan and Taman . They. Even delivered my item to wrong address.The customer service never arrange manager callback, I also lunched a complaint from their flash feedback no reply at all. I have face this nonsense since LAZADA sign this kind of court services . I’m tired of their nonsense. Lousy service ever.

Bapak bagus punya courier memang suka bawak parcel aku jalan-jalan ke dari hulu langat lepas tu ke klang lepastu kau peram 3-4 hari tiba cek dekat kulai padahal alamat pahang ape benda servis mcm ni??

Worst courier ever! Didn’t attempt to send parcel then marked “Delivery attempt, customer rescheduled” on the 1st time. 2nd time even worst, didn’t even deliver the parcel, but marked “parcel delivered” on shopee with proof of delivery a random car picture. Useless.
