Flash Express Review

I really hate this courier. 2 times sending my parcel 2 times it delayed.. why seller always choose this courier is it because it’s cheap and bad service ??

0 star if possible, agreed to reschedule for next day delivery ended up marked delivered with other’s parcel photo as proof of delivery. Called courier guy, cakap silap, noted and will reschedule next day. Next day tak datang, next next day called, ignore, tak datang, next next next day called branch num, ignore no answer, called courier guy no answer, Whatsapp dia, cakap otw hantar nanti, sampai eod also no hantar, then two days later, still tak sampai, very very terrible service, mbc 99

Pastikan pekerja bahagian hantar parcel baca alamat dgn betul…call tak angkat2..

Worst courier ever. Havent receive my parcel for 8 days already. Will not use it again for sure

sgt sgt sgtt lambat tau..dh tunggu 5 hari dh. Last Day yang send barang tu die cakap x sempat.

Poor services, customer service no respond at all…dah 2-3x always exceed delivery deadline, kalau shopee nak survive pls dont use Flash Express service anymore…totally inefficient.

Saya sudah banyak kali kena scam dgan flash Express ni… Bukan 3x tapi lebih dari itu… Rasuah banyak kot ni… Dah tahu banyak masalah tapi tetap juga mengekalkan flash Express… Tiktok lazada atau shopee.. tolonglah banned currier ini..

Worst courier ever. My parcel keep moving from one to the other hub nearby nearby my house but not delivered to me. Dunno for what reason. They are keeping my parcel at the sorting hub for more than 3 days! I hope shopee will kick this courier service out due to their very bad service.
