Not sure if worth a rating. Every time I see Ninja Van is the appointed delivery agent, I keep my fingers cross and hope I will receive the orders. Most recently ,I have been waiting for two items shipped by two separate retailers via Ninja Van. for the last three weeks, Not sure the purpose of their telephone number on the website as it is unreachable. Sending emails to their support, results in automated response that issue is being looked into and will revert soon. Normally I do not write a review but after umpteenth times of bad service, decided I should and hopefully shippers will think twice of using Ninja Van as it affects their rating too!
Second big issue I have with Ninjavan. Not including the 100s of smaller issues. Both times lost my package, and they would not reimburse me for the loss. My brand lost reputation to my customers because of this. Their customer support was not helpful at all, only providing standard issue replies. Besides lost packages, their pickup service are totally unreliable. Always late or never arrives, making me incurring penalties for late delivery from Zalora and Shopee.
I would give zero stars if i could. The parcel is stuck at the sorting centre for more than a week. Despite numerous attempts to ask for an update, none was given. The best they could do was to send what seemed like a computer generated email saying that the delay was due to the holidays. Other courier companies was able to deliver the goods and provide update if there was a delay but not ninja van. Absolute worse courier company in this country.
on hold suspected parcel lost. Shall we file police report since so many parcel lost based on customer reviews? Seemingly not random error already, more like regular thief.

Very poor service…. Tracking status still in transit for 4, 5 days.. isit transit Kl to jb took 1 week? I’m really feel bad with ninja service… J&T more better…
