Flash Express Review

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review about a service until now. It appears that many others share my sentiments, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews. The service provided was subpar, and the call center was unresponsive and failed to answer or return calls. The delivery person attempted to make a delivery but called halfway through to inform me that his vehicle had broken down. He promised to deliver the next day, but when I tried to contact him on the same number the following day, there was no response. Four days later, there was still no sign of the delivery. I contacted Lazada directly, and they expedited the delivery within 48 hours, with a refund to be issued if the delivery was not made within that timeframe.

very very bad service. slow! seminggu barang tersadai dekat hub. bila call tak pickup. bukan sekali dua jadi macamni. banyak kali! courier paling teruk dalam semua I must say.

Very balia service, the driver reached juz miss call, call back didnt answer the phone, then the tracking number sudden show consign cant contact👏👏👏

very bad courier service.

nothing will change until some legal actions against this kind of lousy company that is cheating people with fake promises. their should be actions consumers can take to make these company deliver on their promises. You cant BS saying you are the fastest delivery company but only the opposite is true.
