Parcel hampir hampirrrr hilang. Seller pos 28hb. 29hb brg jalan. Sampai 5hb update dalam transit. Xde pape update dah. Bile contact seller, seller contact tmpt drop, rupanya diorng misplaced brg. 5hb baru ade update. Brg baru gerak. Bongok betul
Truly worst ever courier service.
My parcel is stuck in the Blackhole called Klang Hub like many reviewers here.
As expected it is reported as possibly LOST. Makes you wonder whether it’s lost or it’s stolen.
Calls, or email to customer service get NO answer. have to out-wait a representative by staying online for more than two hours and clicking “chat with staff”.
Sellers you can find better, MUCH better logistic company than Flash. Please don’t use them, it’s just going to drive your customers away.
