PENANG GELUGOR The guy who supposed to come my home lied saying he contacted me i didn’t answer I swear there was no one in front house and 0 calls useless idiot lying bcz at last minute he say couldnt deliver I waited for damn 7 hours waiting like a fool just for this stupid guye tell me his friend is sending for him which by right he have to send his stupid friend have no rights to send what the hell, this is the worst and first i have ever gotten. Name Aiman 01116715081 i called over 30 times but bastard never answer purposely cl with different number he answered accidentally and then never answer that too, this useless dog must immediately sack this guy if FLASH EXPRESS want to be a good courier, workers like this make customers hate FLASH WORKER — PENANG GELUGOR, I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS EXPRESS TO ANYONE AND NEVER USE IT FOR LIFE.

very slow sending a parcel from Cheras to Shah Alam, already 8 days still in transit status…..called CS, all of them are hopeless, just ask me to wait …how long i have to wait?????????? damn it Flash, this is a really Joker company

Horrendous customer service is superb rude and not professional at all. My parcel went missing and reported to cs…they don’t even bother to help and ask me to report missing back to the seller. Hello CS, your courier service guy delivered the goods at my condo place without calling me for the pickup and just send me a whatsapp photo that already delivered….I contacted the courier guy and no pickup….Is it this the way you send parcel to customer without sending parcel handover to customer??? Shouldn’t be if the person not reachable and you should reschedule to resend again…. worst worst worst ever courier service and IRRESPONSIBLE company …bullshit lousy company

I need to complain about 1 of ur staff who delivered in gelang patah..his num 0123924644..i dono he chinese or malay..i received msg saying tht alrdy delivered I hv 2 add so I ask him he started to b very rude..he ask me wadz wrong with ue just click tht..but I couldn’t click thtz the prob..n he ask whtr I period rdy is it..hw cum ue guys kpg tiz kind of staff wif ue..very rude..not professional at all..btr take action on him..I x been c tiz kind of delivery guy..

Worst courier driver also their customer service! Delivery personnel was rude, extremely rude! Honking agressively everytime when they deliver, and always with a poker face that we are causing them trouble. Come on, you have this job because we buy stuff from the internet. If you’re not happy, find another career path. Not even smiled or greeted you at all. Asked us to pay COD in banknotes and coins are not allowed, what the h*ck is that?

as my package was lost and the service provided was exceptionally slow.

When I checked my parcel status it has been changed to ALREADY DELIVERED status….then I immediately contact customer service they also saying the same thing….CS also cannot do anything and asked me to file missing item….So where is my parcel???? Then 2 days later, the delivery guy came and deliver my parcel….then I asked him why parcel status mentioned already delivered but parcel not send yet…he said if they don’t update the status then company will deduct his commission….Hello, I can’t believe how this company can treat this to customers….. not a honest courier service.. BAD BAD SERVICE

Reschedule my parcel even whole day got people at home, second day still the same problem, i call back many times, but the rider didnt answer. Very terrible service ever!!
