very bad and slow, .. from west malaysia to east malaysia got arrived in sandakan for two days and stuck in sabah for whole week sitting there.. now i still have not received my package for damn two weeks…. very-very bad service.. avoid at all cost…. next time i wont buy anything if the seller using this shipment service……

Just change the name please this brand not worth to call flash. The order just stuck there for a day, are they really busy or just slow ?

The delivery status is misleading. Whoever update the delivery status, Attempted delivery fail because cannot contact recipient is not honest. They did not really went to the recipient address, and they did not call, or send instant messaging like Whatsapp to recipient. I experienced it many times.
