now need to very becareful when u buy items online then send through J&T. Their courier service now will not responsible to your parcel anymore, no matter how good u packing your parcel. once the items is consider Prohibited item list item, they will no bare any damage loss on it.

thats why their staff will throw, step even kick the parcel in front of me when i at J&R branch. even u complaint to the staff there, their response to u is “i dont care”…

Skynet is the nightmare for E-Commence in Malaysia.

My items were in their warehouse for 1 week hibernation, it could be longer i guess, bcz I haven’t receive my items after 2 weeks place order to a lazada seller. Tracking system shows items arrived in subang jaya warehouse since last week….

JNT EXPRESS IS THE WORST COURIER EVER I INCOUNTER, THE DELIVERY PERSON NAME Yousuf Amir Hussain(+971-588308075 IS VERY RUDE MAN I JUST WANT TO ASK ONLY WHAT TIME MY PARCEL WILL DELIVER , BECAUSE I WILL LEAVE THE SHOP AT 6PM AND HIS TALKING IN A RUDE WAY. WHY I DONT HAVE RIGHT TO CALL THE ASK FOR MY PARCEL? IF I CAN RATE THIER SERVICE IS ZERO, THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR.

most suck courier delivery service provider. out for delivery 2 days. at night just cancel n claim traffic jam. 3rd day no updates on delivery. if cant deliver then dont update status to out for delivery making customer have to standby to receive the order

J &T Express is the worst logistics company that I have ever seen. My package always arrived late and not on time. Their customer service are totally useless. Service is very very slow and inefficient.

Avoid J&T at all cost! Very unethical practice. I paid for my documents to be send in a sealed envelope. But when they negligently tear my envelope, they just returned it to me without any explanation. Upon checking they claimed that I sent a torn envelope. They totally wash their hands off and refused to refund my paid amount. I felt like being SCAM because a business can so easily collect our money but don’t need to perform the task that they are being paid for. Their App is dysfunctional so is their customer services.

It is lower than one star rating.

Very unprofessional. As a logistic company, when people enquire about parcel status, keep repeated telling to ask to check with sender.

If the sender knows how to do the shipment, why do they need to pay you for shipment arrangement?

Why need to pay you and do declaration themselves?

This is not a free service.
