J&T Express Review – 40% not satisfied

This is by far the worst courier service company ever existed on this planet – J&T Express. Paid for 2 packages to be delivered from Penang and never arrived. Checked on their tracker status and it kept saying it’s on hold in their Ampang sorting centre. Called customer service, and he said they need 48 hours to investigate – what a load of BS! Told them I will self-pickup since the documents were urgent and he gave me wrong address. Called again, another rep, gave another address, also no one. They gave us the run-around between different locations like it was a joke. Finally, one J&T rider happened to ride by and told me I was in a wrong place and to go back to the 1st location I was at. Went back and waited and another rider also happened to make a stop nearby. I had to flag him down and he said that they are closed because there is a “wedding reception” and no pick-up today. But I had waited 2 hours and went to different collection points and then he decided to open to the store and hand me my parcels. Can’t imagine, paid for the delivery but I had to self collect! STAY AWAY FROM J&T AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Totally unreliable customer service as well as overall services. Packages were just sitting in there without any regard for customer service or the need to deliver. If I can give a negative review, trust me I would.

Useless courier company. I am not sure how lazada can take them as delivery partner with such poor record. Bought stuff from Perak, but this courier send my stuff down south when my address is at northern region. After that there is no more movement. People are saying this is a scam by declaring lost or marked as delivered but items didn’t receive by buyer.

Konon no outline 24hours..call beria satu pun tanak angkat..tak bagi kerjasama langsung!!!!! Bnde urgent..out of delivery sampai 5hari..

J&T Express is not at all Express service! Worst service I have ever received from any courier company. Shipment got delayed for more than 2 weeks and I cannot even reach anyone from their malaysia office. The numbers that they show to contact, the website, their live chat are all useless. Nobody will pick up to answer or attend to you.

I had to beg to release my parcel that was stuck with them. Moreover I have to pay double the tax amount to receive my items. Cheat your money with their nonsense SOA.

DON’T USE J&T at all! If you still prefer use at your own risk. TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE AND VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very very slow. Shopee Xpress is much better. Don’t know why Shopee still using them. Shopee customers should be able to insist choice of couriers

Totally agree, JnT is the worst courier in Malaysia, not deserving a single star. You can call every single number they have in their website, you can only go so far as selecting your preferred language. After that, they play the lovely tune “Sound of Silence”. So appropriate a tune describing JnT, because nobody comes on the line to help you. What further pissed me off is when the Ipoh Gdn branch told me to go and pick it up myself from Menglembu branch because the document hasn’t reached my destination. Horrible thing to tell a customer. Totally unprofessional.

2 parcel saya dari seller yang sama kedua duanya hilang guna servis j&t ni.. setiap tahun sure bermasalah klau time begini..courier servis lain elok je sampai barang kat tangan customer. Boleh pulak dia peram barang kita dari 9/4 sampai 19/4 at last boleh pulak notef cakap dah delivered..tiap2 tahun time perayaan bermasalah servis courier ni
