Bad courier service, email unable to send out, live chat not available, after call the hotline, they only give reply that will help to report, but still the parcel stucked at distribution centre.
Absolutely unreliable. Do not use it

yes, you are right. a bunch of idiots dead carcus working in jt express…my parcel is just about 10 km away from my house….and still need 1 day extra for delivery
Tracking shows them sending my parcel in and out of the same 2 centers, back and forth for 3 days now.
Can’t even contact them. Call no answer, “live agent” on website not available.

Really so disappointed with j&t. first order from sarawak they bring my parcel go round to whole malaysia, and yet update is delivered. I keep chasing shoppe to track my order a month later shoppe come back with lost item report.
I order another one the same item the same issue happens. I wonder why shoppe still use the s*** carrier while there a ton of unsolved problem..
J&T should be banned by the government to operate its business

This is by far the worst courier service company ever existed on this planet – J&T Express. Paid for 2 packages to be delivered from Penang and never arrived. Checked on their tracker status and it kept saying it’s on hold in their Ampang sorting centre. Called customer service, and he said they need 48 hours to investigate – what a load of BS! Told them I will self-pickup since the documents were urgent and he gave me wrong address. Called again, another rep, gave another address, also no one. They gave us the run-around between different locations like it was a joke. Finally, one J&T rider happened to ride by and told me I was in a wrong place and to go back to the 1st location I was at. Went back and waited and another rider also happened to make a stop nearby. I had to flag him down and he said that they are closed because there is a “wedding reception” and no pick-up today. But I had waited 2 hours and went to different collection points and then he decided to open to the store and hand me my parcels. Can’t imagine, paid for the delivery but I had to self collect! STAY AWAY FROM J&T AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Totally unreliable customer service as well as overall services. Packages were just sitting in there without any regard for customer service or the need to deliver. If I can give a negative review, trust me I would.
