TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER! EVERYTIME JUST SIMPLY ON HOLD THE PARCEL! THREE DAYS AT SAME PLACE WITHOUT MOVING. COME ON LAH YOU CALL YOURSELF AS J&T EXPRESS?? OTHER COMPANY CAN DELIVER WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY BUT YOUR COMPANY TAKING YOUR OWN SWEET TIME TO DELIVER. SAME EXECUSES USED EVERYTIME CLAIMING SHORT OF MANPOWER. IF THAT’S THE CASE PLEASE CLOSE DOWN DONT HARM PEOPLE.
JNT- FOR INTRASTATE SELANGOR DELIVERY, ALREADY SUBMITTED PARCEL ON 30/7, DELAYED DELIVERY N LODGED COMPLAINT ON 2/8, WAS TOLD THAT WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 96HRS BUT IT DIDNT, THEN LODGED COMPLAINT 12/8, WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 48HOURS, HOWEVER PARCEL REMAINED “ONHOLD” AT SAME SPOT. THEN LODGED COMPLAINT ON 13/8, WAS TOLD THAT PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY(13/8). BUT TILL NOW, PARCEL NEVER ARRIVE. U MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE UR COMPANY SINCE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT UR REPUTATION AND UR CUSTOMER’S WELFARE. DONT PRETEND THAT YOU CARE BY CREATING SOME SILLY “USER SATISFACTION SURVEY”.

J&T Express Johor is terrible and the way it’s CS handling customers’ issue is a disgrace.
J&T EXPRESS CHAN SOW LIN CDC 304 is the worst branch of J&T. The company as a whole needs to be shut down for terrible service but especially this branch. They do not answer their phone, it goes straight to voicemail. They said they couldn’t deliver because I asked them to reschedule but they never called me or spoke with me.
Everytime my parcel delivered by J&T, they always claim that my parcel unable to delivered due to unable to contact me for delivery and i was at home during the delivery date. Be honest and dont lie. Latest was today where my parcel was out for delivery at 9:15AM and then at 10:46AM outbound back to CDC Batu Caves. Around 10:30PM status update that the delivery was failed due to unable to contact recipient. I was at home all day at home waiting for the package but only send my wife stuff.
horrible service. placed order on 6/6 but 15/6 still not received, keep on saying stuck in their warehouse. They even make false statement citing delivery attempt fail whileI was at home. J&T is certainly a BIG NO to me, horrible, terrible and unaccountable!
J&T Penang branch is dishonest. They enter into Shopee as “delivered” but the item never arrive. Courier also nowhere in sight. I have lost hundreds of dollars because J&T claims to have delivered my items when they did not.
Not recommended at all. Slow is one thing, but they lie and are dishonest
