JNT is the worst courier if you use it you will regret
I HOPE J&T CLOSED FOREVER IN EAST MALAYSIA, ITS USELESS COURIER SERVICE EVER IM ENCOUNTERED ALL MY LIFE
Worst courier service ever. It take about 3 week to keep my parcel in their office before sending out to KL then to SG. Reason being if send to overseas they must accumulate the parcels to certain amount. Fine, they have no protection towards the parcel being delivered. Of you’re sending a card, they will just fold your card into half for easy delivery. Will not use JT ever again.
No star, worse courier service company, PLEASE SHOPEE STOP USING THIS HORRIBLE ONE, all over the best one is NINJA VAN AND ABX for courier service at pekan tamparuli, why must this? Why? I hope this company REMOVED AND CLOSED FOREVER
THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They have told me my parcel will come today for 4 days! I have given them multiple numbers, local and non local, whatsapp, adress, directions. EVERYTHING, but they just keep not delivering and now my parcel is on hold because of their lack of brains. Customer service is unreachable, they charge money for a call and keep saying “i cant promise we will fix it”
Shop lot says business hour until 8pm. Reach at 6pm kedai sudah tutup? Apa ini? Pundek ke?
