Phone line is always queuing with no supervisor available, reps ALWAYS lie and they don’t care if your survey is 0. No resolution and no help from phone, chat and email support. Worst courier imaginable!

Worst courier ever. Hope it will be removed from Shopee. They put the status as out for delivery and at night they’ve changed that the receiver chose to change the date..what a rubbish..called the hotline they didn’t even attempt to deliver..terrible service really!!!
J&T Express onhold the parcel after being send by sender, when i get the CDC Klang Jaya to colletct my parcel urgent, the staff mention parcel mix around will arrange rider to deliver in evening . What a lousy service !
Servis macam apa je..bila call hub jnt xpenah nak dapat call rasa xpayah la bukak. Tutup terus je.
