LEL Express Review – 80% not satisfied

LEL express is the worse fucking courier company I have ever seen… Parcel arrived at sortation centre within 1 day… Puchong centre to puchong address takes fucking 5days for delivery… Dei mayiru… If don’t know how to do delivery service… Close it down and stop doing delivery lah… 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Well, let me join the club. After excuses here and there, the courier company (Malaysia) claimed that they have sent it to my address but nobody’s around. What a ludicrous claim. I was inside my home all day on that day. Then I was given another 5 days. On my package tracking, I found out they are going to send it to me 2 days ago and YET todate nothing. This has really turn me off and always wondering, are they really watching our complaint? I’m truly frustrated and going to get a refund soon. Once I’m refunded, no more…will go for their competitor – a whole lot better.

Order 18/04, parcel pick up 20/04 by LEX then arrived few sortation centre, said wil received on 25/4, then didn’t turn up, I called up then only told me delay to 28/4 wil received, today I called up again then only told me another 2-4 days means it during Raya holiday, it a office address, I wondered how r they goin to deliver to office during long Raya holiday, conclusion is I maybe by luck wil only get it aft Raya…this Flash Express SUCKS!!! shud Chg name to SLOW EXPRESS!!!

This fucking slothy company deserves no star if this option is available!

Placed order on 18/4 and seller sent on 19/4, till now (28/4) still pending at Flash sorting hub (Klang). Have been calling both Lazada and Lex customer services and their solution were only based on what was written in computer, but not solving the real problem in the warehouse.

Those lame managers who in charge of their logistics should be fired and hopefully they will be out of this line permanently.

Stop delivery champion !!

Delivery from KL to Shah Alam takes a whole week? Even not on Special Sale purchase? If I go walk by myself to the store, I’ve already got the item. So slow courier.

placed order on the 5th of march. seller from pj ss2 sent out on the 8th. reach puchong sorting station on the 8th as well. BUT now on the 17th i still havent receive my stuff. i b LEX you may close shop. 9 days. i can have 5 days 4 nites in japan and come back still have days to quarantine myself. i can literally walk to ss2 in less than 1 day. i bought another stuff on the 10th but reach on the 13th. courrier used was ninja

lazada and lex express service is very bad …. the item arrived at the distribution center on 2/3/22 but until 8/3/22 I still haven’t received the item … while I live within a radius of only 12km from the distribution center … ..lazada customer service doesn’t help at all … very bad experience … better to buy at shopee than lazada … not recommended to buy at lazada
