Paling worse service courier ever..banyak alasan tak hantar barang..peram barang berhari2..cakap out for delivery tapi barang tak hantar & tak sampai..orang bayar for ur servis lah..bukan free..tangungjawab sikit dalam kerja..bukan bagi alasan macam orang cacat benak otak..budak excident tukar lah orang lain hantar bukan peram setan..
On 2024, still teruk courier ever. Please lah. Aku kalau shopee bagi courier ni. Auto menyumpah. Seminggu derrr dalam negeri je. Dia punya pusing tu. Haish. Shopee stop using this courier also lahhhh. Bad. Banyak kali kena dahh.
Worst courier in history. Always with unable to contact consignee. But i didnt received any missed call from them. Failed delivery until item returned back to seller. Whoever thinking of using this courier pls stop. Worst courier ever.
Terrible courier. Parcel reach their hand on 15th June 12am. 6 days passed, no update, tracking number provided also not valid. Lazada should stop using Flash Express.

Rubbish courier. Rude and lazy delivery staffs. Always use the reason of too many deliveries to not deliver customer’s package. The amount of deliveries reflects ur company’s revenue and in turn reflect your income! Shopee, Lazada and other platforms should stop using this courier company.
Rubbish courier delivery. Other courier takes 2-3 days to be delivered. But flash express almost a week, my stuff still go back and forth in the warehouse. Im so pissed off. Orang nak buat kurier service kau pun sibuk nak buat tapi lembab. Will ask the shopee seller to not use flash express after this
Terrible, parcel slept at their warehouse for a week. Nothing flash or express about this company….is this an actual company or just a front
Pissed me off so much when they called me for THREE days straight but the courier remained silent then I saw in the tracking system saying customer requested for reschedule. If you don’t want to deliver don’t spam call me. I got so fed up I asked shopee to return to sender. I don’t want the item anymore. Now my item from tiktok shop also facing the same issue. Call me, I pick up, the guy remained silent. Same MO. If this continues in just going to issue a refund and send back to the seller again. I’m quite fed up.
