Flash Express Review

Terrible… I am almost delivering my child but my parcel which was sent to KL from KL is still somewhere I couldn’t track… it’s been more than 2 weeks now.

Items arrived at Centre near me on Wed, 3rd Apr at 8am and yet to deliver as at now on 7th April, Sun 9am, tdy will be the 5th day. Previous order was delivered on 4th day after stuck at Centre

I am a seller and always pending pick up from the side. But there was one staff always with aggressive attitude and always be rude when come to pick up. And that’s also not such big deals. But today when he came for pick up, due to some reason, there’s 1 parcel not ready yet and he asked me to accept call for few seconds since he need to arrange dispatch date. Then he never know I alr pick up the call and he still complaining with his friends saying “ Babi la call x nak angkat.” I think this is very rude.

This is the worst courier service, very bad service, there rider will not call or contact and they will lie that the receiver rejected the order, and if u contact customer care they can’t do anything, and all their courier contact numbers always show scammers on true caller anytime they call, and if you try calling back they won’t pick very very bad courier

Kalau penghantaran slow and ambil masa, sy boleh accept lagi. Tapi once penghantar dah slh alamat, and bila ditegur, he was so rude.. Maaf, sy tak tahu yg pekerja anda unable to understand English at all. Tapi tlg jaga adab.

Horrible. Always delayed by 1 to 2 weeks or lost parcel. Always. Never had problems with other courier services and the service is determined by the seller I buy from. So I can’t even choose

I would give no star if possible…. My first ever encounter a lost parcel after years of sending parcels.. and I don’t usually use them, I am forced to use flash express I had no choice… after my third time attempt, one of my parcels sending to my customer went missing…. Like bro… I’m staying in KL, the receipient also in KL… yet it can go missing? What a joke

THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! BETTER CLOSE SHOP WITH YOUR EXTREME BAD SERVICE!!! DELIVERY WAS NEVER ONTIME!! WORST PART IS ARRIVING AT NIGHT AT OFFICE ADDRESS!!! NO STATUS UPDATES!!! AND PHONE CALL WAS NEVER ANSWERED!!!! GO TO HELL!!!!

No words can describe how bad this courier is!
