J&T Express Review – 40% not satisfied

First time worst experience ever… Never had I gone through like this courier… J&T penampang…said package out for delivery… Waited till

old.. Better close shop that’s my advise…

Order dlm selangor nk ke Putrajaya. Brg dh sampai ke sri kembangan, sebelah sj dgn Putrajaya. Besok tgk, merayap ke shah alam, next merayap ke meranti utama. Nak tawaf 1 selangor agaknya, baru masuk putrajaya.

The worst courier possibly could have existed. Twice had my package lost in transition, multiple occurrence of breaking my parcel, no one wants to take responsibility and 0 customer service.

J&T Express is the worst

very bad management from the company as far as i see. J&T have been operating for quite some time and not a new company, the time taken for domestic deliveries take about 1 week++ which is unacceptable (goods order from overseas can reach faster than this).

Worst and slow service

Maybe person who handle my parcel blind or do not have eye to see postcode. Jnt is freaking slow that even parcel from perlis got to my house faster than my parcel from kl

The negative reviews below from other customers are what I am experiencing as well. I guess since they are contracted by iHerb, Skynet does not treat us good as we are not biz customers per se. I am waiting for delivery of medication for family member. The tracker mentioned that it has arrived at the warehouse (12km from my house) and being delivered (5 working days now). For 12km – around 20 minutes. I called few times to ask if they have lost the medication, they denied. They promised they will call back but did not. I told them I don’t mind paying additional for another delivery company to collect from the warehouse but they mentioned that another outsourced third party has taken the parcel, hence they don’t know the whereabouts
