bad service! the items i bought on friday from the same company is already delivered to me on Sunday (delivered via J&T in 2 days) but the parcel sent thru pgeon is nowhere in sight as of today! the parcel was mailed out last thursday, and latest status “out for delivery” is since yesterday 3pm. called customer service, received standard answer “to reattempt delivery tomorrow”.
Please note that this is from Puchong to PJ. taking almost one week to deliver. unprofessional.

Yet to receive my parcel. 2 days it has been out for delivery. No updates , nothing. When i called to complain, i did ask if my parcel was strapped on to a tortoise hence its taking this long.
PGEON NI SLOWW GILA !!! Out for delivery apa takkan sampai dua hari , j&t ka pos laju kalau updated naik out for delivery tu petang dah sampai ni , dah sehari taksampai jugak gila ka apa !!!! Dah tiba tiba ja takboleh hantar parcel takmasuk akai !!! Then bila call cakap akan ambik masa 2 hari pulak aiee nak maki ja rasa , seminggu lebih dah macam takdak function langsung !! TAKE NOTED JANGAN GUNA PGEON BUANG MASA LEBIH BAIK GUNA J&t ka poslaju 2-3 hari dah sampai!!! Rating TERUK !
I think pgeon is quite decent from the price and fast delivery. But it is not consistent, every month, i have to chase for a parcel for late delivery or missing parcel. But in the end, they always manage to find it and had it delivered but it takes time. The longest i expereienced was almost 4 weeks, were in the process of appling for refund but suddenly, it was delivered. i’m like wow, what are you guys doing. I can send out a few parcels each time, but one parcel will have a problem of late delivery of missing dunno where it went. Customer service is always fast to reply but issue may time to solve and they may not update you, so I have to personally go as them what is the status?
PGEON THIS SUCK COMPANY SHOULD SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. OFFERING PRIME SERVICE WITH HIGHER RATE BUT CAN’T DO ANYTHING ON TIME AT ALL. PICK UP GOODS TOOK MORE THAN 1WEEK AND ENDED UP WITH THE REASON “CANNOT LOCATE THE PLACE” AS REASON LEAVING THE STATUS REMAINED THERE FOR NOTHING. SHOUT OUT FOR OTHER INNOCENT STOP USE THIS SHIT COMPANY
