The worst courier service ever…if possible to give -ve star review….make me curse so muchhhhh
Terrible excuse of a logistics service. My recommendation is to have them discontinue, allocate their resources elsewhere. Let other logistics do the work instead of giving consumers poor service. This had happened TWICE where the parcel had been picked up, and been sitting at the delivery hub for days to 1-2 weeks, and until TICKETS raised and CALLS made to expedite, still no news. In the end, need to proceed for return/refund with a wordy complaint to go. Now I hardly use Shopee anymore, and if so, I make sure to check with the seller if they’re using other logistics instead of Shopee Express.

Shopee express tu dh boleh tukar nama SHOPEE SLOWW. PERAM BARANG LAMA SGT, KO AMEK JE LA BRG AKU TU. AKU NAK REFUND!
BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.. Driver call marah jerit2 kt org mcm xade adab langsung.. Call masa saya tengah kerja jadi line putus2.. Dia jerkah saya cakap “AKU BANYAK KERJA LG NK HANTAR NI !!”.. Saya bercakap elok pon memula dia nk jerkah2.. Bukan dia sorang yg bekerja , saya pon tengah bekerja lari sekejap angkat call dia tp kena marah.. Sangat kurang ajar ya drive shoppee express ni.. date 14/2 Jam 12.45 hantar dekat selama perak.. . Saya dh banyak beli online tp xpernah lagi ada driver yg call tak jumpa rumah sbb rumah tepi jalan.. Dan TAK PERNAH jumpa driver yg call nk jerkah marah2 customer mcm ni..Harap diambil tindakan terhadap driver kurang ajar tersebut.. TQ.
