The worst courier ever.
Worst courier ever. Hope it will be removed from Shopee. They put the status as out for delivery and at night they’ve changed that the receiver chose to change the date..what a rubbish..called the hotline they didn’t even attempt to deliver..terrible service really!!!
J&T Express onhold the parcel after being send by sender, when i get the CDC Klang Jaya to colletct my parcel urgent, the staff mention parcel mix around will arrange rider to deliver in evening . What a lousy service !
Servis macam apa je..bila call hub jnt xpenah nak dapat call rasa xpayah la bukak. Tutup terus je.
They give fake phones
not going to rate any star of JNT. Its worse than rubbish, I may recycle the rubbish. No any word may describe the JNT.
J&t express is the worst service. very bad experience. and the worst customer service. not helping at all. all they said is to follow procedure. they mistakenly sorting out my parcel. ive to trace it by myself from one place to other. nightmare !
In Just 3 days, 4 packages not delivered. 1 is even returned to seller. No text, no call, no delivery…. 2 times they even wrote that I did accept the delivery!
Service teruk. Ayah kirim barang dari Sarawak ke Selangor. Tapi J&T hantar ke alamat orang lain. Bila ayah nak tuntut gantirugi, J&T tak nak bayar atas alasan benda tu makanan. J&T kaki putar belit, in the first place mereka yang hantar barang ke tempat lain, bukan isu makanan atau bukan makanan. Isu di sini ialah barang tu dihantar ke tempat lain dan saya tak terima. Buat business tak jujur tak akan berkat. Selamat di dunia, di akhirat tidak. Pendek kata J&T tidak reliable, tidak boleh dipercayai.
