Ingatkan beli dgn seller sesama Johor dapat la deliver laju. Ni ship out 17/8, sampai 21/8 ni still tak dapat barang. Baik aku beli je dgn seller kat Selangor ke KL. Harap buang je la perktaan express tu ganti dgn Shopee Siput Babi. Sakit hati tau sebab dulu kita boleh pilih nk guna kurier servis apa. Kau alang2 skrg pun dh lokek nak bagi free shipping, elok biar customer sendiri pilih kurier servis. Aku nak buat aduan kt bahagian biro aduan pengguna

I should give 0 stars.

Having lived many years in the Philippines: order through shopee ftom China, delivery in 5 to 7 days. Ordering through shopee within Philippines, 24 hours to max 3 days. 3 days if from. Mindanao to a small village in the middle of nowhere in Benguet.

Coming to KK.

Packages take 2+ weeks from KL to Kk. I’m not even talking about a remote village but KK!! 2km from the airport where all packages arrive!

For 9 days!!!! We must stay home 9 days, starve to death or what?

I lost 3kg waiting for shopee delivery because shopee dictates to stay at home.

Other packages the same, I’m talking not one but many packages. Status not updated or non-stop out for delivery but never delivered.

Air transfer, last update june 27 air transport from KL en-route to KK.

Delivery should be until June 30.

It’s now 4 July and it’s still en-route in the airplane between KK and KL.

Seriously shopee Malaysia is terrible!!! Why can the shopee Filipinos team do it properly?

bodoh nya aq tunggu dari pagi ke malam sbb dijangka tarikh hantar hari ni..dh la delivery unsucessful..paling cibai skali reason dia ialah missroute..apahal kau bagi dekat sender yg laknat..padahal banyak lg sender shopee yg pernah lalu n masuk kampung aku ni..kau apahal ambik pekerja mcm tai..ni silap² barang pun boleh hilang kalau dpt sender mcm pishang.

Kalau dpt bgi 0 memang aku abgi -100 rating kau. Nama Xpress tu buang je la kalau x ikut. bodoh. nk 3 minggu tunggu last2 hilang. Seminggu di U10 sorting centre pastu seminggu di Subang Bestari Hub. Shopee Xpress smpah. Order barang dari china 1 minggu lambat pun dh smpai lagi awal. BODOH

The Customer Service of the call center is courteous but helpful in no way. What is the purpose of having a helpdesk for parcel updates if all they do is relay the update status, as in Shopee apps? My package has been in the warehouse for days without an update on the apps, are you serious? And all they can say is “if the arrival date has already been overestimated, simply request a refund.” Imagine taking more than 1 week to deliver a parcel from Selangor to Selangor.

What is the point of having a courier service if you waste the time and energy of your employees and your customers? If you wish to compel your customer to use your service, we have no objections, but please do a better job. What is the point of paying so many actors to promote your platform if your system is so disorganized and out-of-date?

People are simply complaining about your “express” parcel service, as evidenced by numerous online reviews. I suppose my opinion is not particularly pertinent, but I am certain that this is the last time I will use Shopee Express. All dissatisfied customers’ ratings were changed to a five-star rating in the Tracking More, which is reprehensible. It is beneath contemptible not to acknowledge your company’s shortcomings.

At the very least, Shopee Express isn’t lying when they say they’re “express” – in making customers lose faith in their service. Good job Shopee!

Perap barang orang lama kama kat cheras hub dekat 1/2 minggu tak sampai walaupun barang dari malaysia juga!! Teruk betul courier Shopee ni bagus lingkup je. Tulis situ parcel out for delivery tapi tak sampai sampai kesudahnya jadi unsuccessful melebihi waktu operasi?? Lanciau
